Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Thinka Platforms LTD (RC 9336976), the company that provides Roomy (the "app" or "service"). By downloading, installing or using Roomy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Roomy.
1. The service
Roomy is a Windows application that helps you free up disk space by removing junk files (such as caches and temporary files) and by helping you review and tidy other files. Roomy is designed never to scan or delete your Documents, Pictures, Desktop, Videos, Music or OneDrive files without your explicit action.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Roomy on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
3. Free clean, pricing & payment
- Free first clean. Each new device may run one full clean for free, without payment or an account.
- One-off clean — ₦1,500. A single paid clean, charged once.
- Subscription — ₦1,000 per month. Unlimited cleans plus an automatic weekly tidy-up.
Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. We may change prices, but changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
4. Cancelling & refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid month and does not renew after that. Because Roomy delivers its value immediately, paid cleans are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, contact us and we will try to make it right.
5. Your responsibilities & backups
Roomy is built to be safe: safe junk is deleted (it rebuilds itself), items it is unsure about are moved to a restorable 14-day safety net rather than deleted, and protected folders are off-limits. Even so, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data, and for reviewing anything you choose to remove. Deleting caches and temporary files is permanent by design.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Roomy for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to bypass entitlement or payment checks.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Roomy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement. You use Roomy at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinka Platforms LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Roomy. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Roomy in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update, add, or remove features, and we may revise these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Roomy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
